ConstructionSkills provides a range of grants to registered and in-scope construction companies to cover various aspects of workforce development, from assessment, to college attendance to taking a health and safety test. Working with ConstructionSkills to build a Training and Development Plan for your business can help you claim grants for training in many different disciplines that will benefit your business, like computer skills, administration and sustainability, as well as construction-related training.

The Government supports businesses through Business Link. In some instances funding can be provided to cover travel, accommodation as well as providing Career Development Loans for those needing financial support whilst they re-train.
