The NHTG are keen to encourage employers to recruit and train apprentices, both young and adult, and together with our partner organisations, we can provide you with advice on how to provide a placement and where you can seek funding to assist with training. We are also interested in ensuring that our highly skilled craftsmen and women pass on their knowledge and skills to future generations.
If we don’t train new people, we could seriously affect the availability of these essential practical skills across all the UK for the next generation.
