NHTG Research

In 2005 the NHTG began a programme of research to understand the skills issues and training needs of the built heritage sector workforce across the whole of the UK. A series of reports have followed, providing real data for the first time on demand, supply and training provision in the sector. The Skills Action Plans generated by the research are driving NHTG strategy and are instrumental in bringing about real change for the benefit of all those working in the built heritage sector.
