Carpenters Company Sponsors Model Timber Frame House
10 October 2008, The Carpenters Company is sponsoring a large scale model timber frame house, to he held at the Building Crafts College.
This will be used both as an instructional resource, enabling students to erect and dismantle all the structural elements and inspect the various historic jointing and framing methods employed, and as a feature at craft displays and careers events. It is hoped that this will be available for Skills London 2008 in November.
