North East Heritage Skills Initiative Launches 2009 Events Programme
20 March 2009, The North East Heritage Skills Initiative (HSI) has published its 2009 programme of events, which includes an extensive range of training and education opportunities for all ages, interests and levels of experience.
The impressive range of activities offered by the HSI includes:
- Taster days and training courses on a wide variety of heritage building crafts, such as lime mortars, cobble laying and drystone walling
- 3rd Annual Heritage Skills Symposium in April
- Regular lectures by heritage specialists
These courses and events are open to all, but book early to avoid disappointment.
