Practical one day training course led by expert fibrous and solid plasterers Ornate Interiors. The course is aimed at everyone from property owners and DIY enthusiasts to architects, specifiers and builders. A good opportunity to try your hand at the professionals approach to conservation and restoration of historic plasterwork.

Watch, learn and have a turn yourself at repairing a fibrous plaster ceiling cornice using the same methods as the professionals. 

The course will demonstrate how to take a "squeeze" to determine the profile of your existing cornice, show you how produce the mould and help you to run your own lengths of cornice. 

All delegates will also get the opportunity to purchase a "Ceiling Cornice Repair Starter Kit" that will contain everything you will need to produce work on your own projects at home including the thixotropic rubber to make the mould, all you will need to buy is the plaster. (Please book early to avoid disappointment – places limited to 8 per event).
