Reference to ‘you’, ‘your’ and ‘yours’ are references to the persons accessing the Site.
References to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ are references to the Construction Industry Training Board.
www.cskills.org and any other ConstructionSkills websites (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Site’) is maintained for your personal use and viewing. Your access and use of this Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which takes effect from the date on which you use this Site.
We may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions without notice. Please check these each time you use the Site. You agree to review the Terms and Conditions regularly and your continued use of this Site will mean that you agree to any changes.

All the details relating to training providers on the Website are provided as information only. We try to ensure that this information is correct but we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the training provider information provided on the Website nor can we be held responsible for the content of any of the course materials provided by third party training providers. We cannot be held liable for any use or reliance you may make of it or put on it except as specifically agreed with us in any agreement we make with you in writing.
We, in partnership with the National Heritage Training Group, aim to provide an impartial information service. Neither We nor the National Heritage Training Group vet any of the courses or the course providers, and the appearance of any course details on the Website should not be taken as an endorsement by us or the National Heritage Training Group of the course or its provider.
We endeavour to provide the best advice possible but cannot be held responsible for the quality and nature of advice. In relation to the search facility, we select the training providers we think most suitable for your needs, based on the information you provide. The reliability of the results will depend on the accuracy of the data you input. - Viruses
Whilst ConstructionSkills makes all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the Site, it cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for any loss, disruption or damage to our data or your computer system which may occur whilst using material off the Site.
You have sole responsibility for adequate protection and back up of data and/or equipment and for undertaking reasonable and appropriate precautions to scan for computer viruses or destructive properties. Thus, you are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information from the Site. - Third Party Websites
The Site may provide links to other websites or services provided by third party organisations for information purposes only.
